Work for Love is launching the BUILD-A-CLASS-BUILD-A-FUTURE CAMPAIGN on December 1st. We aim to raise R 150 000 by Easter 2014 to expand the Siyakhula Educare.
We will be promoting the campaign at the Kommetjie Fair on December 7th and at the Longbeach Mall Pick n Pay Court on the 9th, 10th and 11th of December. Come and say hello and try our delicious pancakes (Kommetjie) and have your gifts wrapped in style (Longbeach Mall). The highlight of the campaign will be a Barndance Fundraiser at the end of February.
While we await the approval to start the primary school at Chameleon Gardens we have been granted the opportunity and permission to run adult training there. From February 2014, Work for Love in partnership with the Centre for Creative Education is offering accredited Level 4 Early Childhood Development Training for primarily Masiphumelele ECD Teachers at Chameleon Gardens.
This week we are celebrating the Christmas Festival at Siyakhula with a season spiral and a Santa Shoebox Party.  On Thursday the children are going on an outing to the Silvermine Dam. Our Christmas Newsletter which will come out mid- December will focus on Siyakhula and the magic that happens there.
We thank all our generous supporters. You make our work possible.
Please contact us if you would like to be part of the gift wrapping team and offer your  wrapping skills for a 3 hours slot on the 9,10 or 11th of December.
