Proposal for the Electrification of the Cape of Good Hope Reserve (CoGH) Game Fence to Restrict Baboons from Entering Scarborough and Misty Cliffs

As part of the ongoing measures to prevent baboon incursions into Scarborough and Misty Cliffs, Human Wildlife services have proposed to electrify the section of the CoGH fence adjacent to Scarborough. It is believed that this will help to mitigate human-baboon conflict and allow residents to live in a non-threatening environment.

A public meeting for both Scarborough and Misty Cliffs residents will be held to discuss the proposals details and its many implications.
