“The Sunnydale Ratepayers Association (SRA) is a non-profit organisation run by an elected Ex-Co who are property owners from within the SRA area of operation”
The SRA has the following aims and objectives:
To preserve the ecology and standards of the area;
To advance and safeguard the interests in general of owners and occupiers of property in the area;
To promote ratepayers’ interests in the public administration of the area;
To consider all matters under consideration by the local authority as affecting the Association’s sphere of operation and the Cape Peninsula as a whole.
To co-operate with other associations with similar objectives within the area of operation.
