STADCO  is a section 21 not for profit company whose mandate is to manage and develop community interests and projects in Simon’s Town under a management agreement with the City of Cape Town. Wherever possible we employ those from the disadvantaged community. Revenue is derived from our operations on Jubilee Square and the Town Jetty with the maintenance of both falling under our responsibility. We also maintain most public gardens, attend to the regular cleaning of the streets and the historical lanes and undertake other maintenance that is felt beneficial to the town appearance.   Ph Office
