Six of Cape Town’s finest musicians have joined forces to pay tribute to one of the greatest bands in the history of pop music – “The Bee Gees”.

Cape Town's musicians paying tribute to the Bee Gees at the Masque TheatreDuring their extensive career, spanning  no less than four decades, the Brothers Gibb sold a staggering total of over two hundred and twenty million records, only being outsold by Paul Mc.Cartney, Garth Brooks, Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley.

Scenic  South muso’s, Paul and Mike Dirksen, Barry Buret, Dave Richards, Bianca Kaiser and Gary Deacon have pooled their talents to create a fascinating trip down memory lane, covering the Bee Gee’s greatest hits, the likes of  New York Mining Disaster 1941 , First Of May, Woman In Love and of course the pulsating disco hits Tragedy, More Than A Woman, Night Fever and Staying Alive.

This is a tribute with a difference, featuring the multi talents of the six members presenting different renditions of the BG’s songs featuring hits like You Should Be Dancing, masterfully covered by Gary Deacon on classical guitar, Woman In Love covered by Bianca Kaiser, and duo and trio performances, culminating in a medley of disco hits, featuring all six members.
