Earth Hour 2012 - Saturday 31 March 20:30 to 21:30
Celebrate an hour for the Earth by joining the Worlds Biggest Annual Environmental Awareness campaign ever seen by switching off your lights and as many appliances as possible on 31 March at 20:30 till 9:30. (Local time) . Help raise environmental awareness and get us doing small things in our daily lives that together can have huge impacts. This is a highly visible action that is easy to do, but one which shows us how dependant we are on Earths Power (source of all our energy) on the one hand and how we can make a difference one step at a time.
Have fun. Initiate an Earth Hour party or activity and join a Mexican Wave around the world as lights from different time zones switch off in synchronous support for a habitable world for our future and all living creatures.

This Earth Hour we invite you to do more than switch off your lights. We want you to dare the world to save the planet. “I Will If You Will” is a simple promise and a challenge.
