Great work is being done in Masiphumelele to ease the lives of disabled children and their parents. Our local branch of Rotary International has been involved with the Fish Hoek Kommetjie Noordhoek Welfare Association in extending the Sinethemba Special Care Centre, presently caring for 24 children.
