I am writing with great news: Craig Yeatman (CEO, Worldsview Academy) has agreed to give feedback from the Plexus 2012 conference that he recently attended in Washington, USA. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Plexus: Plexus is a nonprofit social enterprise that supports change agents in all kinds of organisations and communities. They help individuals and groups develop capacity to apply ideas about diffusion of innovation, moving from small scale experiments to large system change, self-organisation and social network development. They engage in action research, provide education and training, and partner with others to design and implement high impact initiatives. The theme of the conference was Patterns, Processes & Possibilities. Lisa Kimball, who many of you met late last year, was the host of the conference. For more information about that conference, please see http://www.plexusinstitute.org/?page=plexus2012. The Twitter hashtag for the event was #Plexus2012 in case you want to review the Twitter feed (with lots of provocative Tweets from Craig).  I can’t remember when last I was so envious about not being at an event so I am delighted that he is willing to share his insights and take-aways with us.
