The 3rd annual Kommetjie Health and Lifestyle Fair will be taking on Women’s Day, Thursday 9th August at Kommetjie Primary School from 10am to 3pm, offering visitors the chance to sample healthy lifestyle products and participate in a wide range of activities, techniques and therapies.

Says organiser and Nia practitioner, Maggie Joubert, “The Fair has become a popular event in the Far South, giving wellness practitioners the opportunity to demonstrate their products and services, and empowering visitors to make smarter lifestyle choices.”

Stallholders include practitioners in homeopathy, reflexology, massage (Thai, Shiatsu and pregnancy), Nia technique, pilates, yoga, guided meditation, integrative bodywork and more.  A variety of wholesome and delicious food and beverages will be on sale.

The event is kid-friendly, with a number of activities on offer to keep children entertained while Mom and Dad browse.
