Akim Riemer, local organic farmer who has been doing great work helping the pupils of Fish Hoek Primary School creating food gardens in the school grounds, submitted these photos of children from the High Cloud Pre-primary visiting his Green Guerrilla farm to learn about the food we eat and where it comes from.

“The children are radiant towards nature, they seem to connect more than adults,” says Akim. “These little people had a blast, and now they know where bacon, milk and the KFC zinger comes from!”
